- We are a small Japanese and British food company with a passion for importing and exporting exciting and superior Japanese and Italian foods. Our Japanese foods are predominantly sourced from Fukuoka, Japan. Fukuoka is the third largest city in Japan, located on the southern island of Kyushu, a region noted for its excellent and healthy food. The foods that we import include award winning organic green tea, (from the Yame region of Japan), Wasabi Pesto, Wasabi Olive Oil and Sake. We have immense pride in the quality of our imported foods. Our teas for example are considered as being one of the world's most healthy green teas. Wasabi Olive Oil- Olive oil with wasabi (Japanese horseradish) is one of our proud imports. Our wasabi flavoured olive oil, (also known as "Herb Yama Aoi" is made from specially selected Spanish olives that are blended with domestically grown piquant horseradish. Our oil can be used as a salad dressing or it can be mixed with other dressings as a flavour enhanced agent. This oil is absolutely delicious and is particularly well suited for use with pasta and meat dishes in Spanish, Italian and French cooking. To recieve a sample please click here.
Wasabi Pesto Sauce- Wasabi Pesto sauce is delicious. A lot of people use tabasco to spice up pesto so this product should not come as a suprise. Mixing pesto with wasabi is a clever combination and we are confident that you will enjoy eating it. We can import these for you into the United Kingdom and of course should you need any samples please let us know.
